Three people have been served with books of evidence arising out of the investigation into the death of a young man who allegedly ingested a drug known as N-bomb in Cork City in January.

One of the three people charged was charged with eight counts contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act and one count of endangerment contrary to the Non-fatal Offences Against the Persons Act.

Two others, both students, were each served with a book of evidence on a charge of conspiring with others to supply the drug.
