Aer Lingus’s in-flight meals have come in for praise from an online guide to sky-high servings that doesn’t mince its words when it comes to its grub.

While inflightfeed.com has seared United Airlines’ steak, skewered Air Asia’s chicken satay and carved up the pizza from SAS, it has praised the latest meals served by Air Lingus.

The reviewers gave the Clodagh McKenna-inspired meals a 9/10 rating and said that “all meals offered great value for money, have been well thought out and give you a taste of Irish dishes inspired from around the country”.
