Galaxy S7 to thank for Samsung's profit rebound

Analysts say the South-Korean tech company's estimates should show a 13% jump in profit from the same time last year when the company was plagued by economic turbulence and volatile exchange rates.
In January Samsung reported quarterly profits that fell short of expectations by almost 40%, along with stiff competition from both high-end and budget tech rivals, 2016 was not appearing to be any different from the previous 2 years.
The release of the Galaxy S7 in March provided a rebound the company needed.
