Clergy and gardaí have renewed appeals to the parents of a baby girl, whose body was found at a recycling plant last week and laid to rest yesterday, to come forward.

Amid bright sunshine, the body of the baby, named Alannah by gardaí, was brought to her final resting place at Redford Cemetery in Greystones, Co Wicklow.

She was found dead by staff at Greenstar recycling facility in Bray last Wednesday week.
