The business association said it is planning ahead to create flexible workspaces for new and small established companies in what is regarded as one of the country’s industrial powerhouses.

Little Island Business Association (LIBA) is planning a three-phase development in Little Island — on the eastern outskirts of Cork City — the first phase of which will open on July 1.
