Teens sent for trial accused of having sex with girl, 15
The court had heard it will be alleged as the girl was in her bedroom with the fourth teen, she heard a male voice say outside “get in line”.
The five, aged 18, 16, 17, 17, and 16, all have addresses in Rathfarnham and are charged with having sexual intercourse with a named female child under the age of 17 at an address in Rathfarnham on March 14, 2014, contrary to section 3 (1) of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act, 2006.
