A man who was found dead in a field a day after he was reported missing at the weekend may have died from exposure.

An autopsy was conducted yesterday on the body of Michael Murray, 33, from Ballincollig, Co Cork, who was reported missing after a night out in Cork on Friday night.

His body was found during searches of fields near the Limeworth estate on the southern side of the town, close to his home, around lunchtime on Sunday.
