Judgement ready in ‘air-rage’ case

The judge in the Dolores O’Riordan ‘air rage’ case advised yesterday his judgment in the case was ready.

Judge Patrick Durcan, at Ennis District Court, said sentencing will take place on February 24.

Solicitor Bill O’Donnell said the planned date was suitable, having discussed the matter with Garda Inspector Tom Kennedy.
