Irish bride Michaela, 27, was found strangled in the bathroom of her suite at the five-star Legends hotel, in the resort of Grand Gaube, in Mauritius, five years ago.

Four years ago, hotel chiefs distanced themselves from the tragedy by re-branding the plush premises the ‘Lux Grand Gaube’, after the idyllic coastal village in which it is located, in the north of the Indian Ocean island.
