Minute's silence in Dáil for victims of Paris attacks as flags remain at half-mast

The Dáil will pause for a minute’s silence tomorrow and Enda Kenny has confirmed that Ireland will be represented at any official commemorations in France.
Reacting to Friday’s attacks, which claimed at least 132 lives, Mr Kenny said “the consequences obviously for leaders and for countries, not just in Europe but beyond, will have serious implications in the way they look at their security arrangements and the root causes of this”.
