Jim Carrey’s Irish ex-girlfriend found dead

Heartfelt tributes have been pouring in for Cathriona White, a talented Irish make-up artist who was found dead at her home in the US.

Ms White, 30, was a former girlfriend of Hollywood actor Jim Carrey, 53, who said the news of her death hit him like a “lightning bolt”.

It is understood friends of the Tipperary native became worried about Ms White earlier this week and went to her Los Angeles residence to check on her.
