Trust ‘preying’on home owners

A controversial trust accused of “predatory behaviour” by a mortgage insolvency expert has reignited its appeal for funds on Facebook.

The Rodolphus Allen Private Trust is asking indebted people to pay a cash fee to protect their homes from repossession orders.

Charlie Allen — leader of the trust — is now asking those in difficulties with banks to ‘donate’ €500 to the mysterious trust.
