Garda Commissioner to deliver keynote address

Garda Commissioner Nóirín O’Sullivan will deliver the keynote address this morning at the biennial Global Intelligence Forum taking place in Dungarvan.

The forum will be the fourth to be hosted in Co Waterford by the Pennsylvania-based Mercyhurst University and has drawn 300 visitors into the region for the three-day event.

Among those attending are intelligence officers, cybercrime fighters, former secret service agents, and members of police forces from across the world.
