Each year Killarney’s young men and women have to look to Tralee to host their debs — despite the fact their home town has one of the biggest concentrations of hotels on the island of Ireland.

For well over a decade, Killarney students have not only had to buy the dress and the dinner but also pay for the hire of coaches to bring them on the 60km round trip to Tralee for their graduation balls.
