Broadcaster Donncha Ó Dúlaing and singer Seán Ó Sé to be honoured at Cork City Hall

Radio broadcasting legend Donncha Ó Dúlaing and renowned singer Seán Ó Sé will be honoured with civic awards in their native city tonight.

They are among six people to receive special civic awards from the Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr Mary Shields, in recognition of their outstanding contribution to civic life.

Mr Ó Dúlaing, 82, from Doneraile, started work with RTÉ more than half a century ago, presenting the Highways and Byways show.
