Sewage plant company to create 50 jobs in Mallow

EPS (Electrical & Pump Services), is to expand its operations with a €3m investment, supported by Enterprise Ireland.
The company — which was founded in 1968 and employs 340 people in Ireland, Britain, and the Middle East — said it plans to build a 4,200 sq m factory at the IDA industrial estate in Quartertown, employing design engineers, graduates, electricians, as well as metal and steel fabricators.
EPS hopes to start building the new facility in the summer. It is envisaged that it will open within 12 months and that 35 jobs will be created during construction.
