Ballincollig parade hopes to let it go for a ‘Frozen’ record

This dodgy intro, inspired by the ‘Do You Wanna Build a Snowman’ tune from Disney’s smash-hit movie, Frozen, will hardly set the charts alight, but it might just help a Cork town claim a quirky world record on St Patrick’s Day.
