Spongebob SquareBrístí splashes out as he heads for a phictiúrlann near you

Fresh from his anann under the sea, SpongeBob SquareBrístí is making his way, absorbent and porous, to a phictiúrlann near you. Paramount Pictures says that The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water will be available in Irish as well as English in cinemas from March 27.

Based on the widely acclaimed Nickelodeon TV series, SpongeBob an Scannán: Spúinse as Uisce follows the world’s favourite Bicíní Bríste resident, agus Pádraig of course, as he comes ashore for his most heroic adventure yet.

The movie has already grossed more than €110m in the US, and is being overhauled as Gaeilge.
