Stack of pancake parties to whip up funds for charity

There’s a flippin’ tasty stack of events taking place for Pancake Tuesday, with good eggs all over the country using the occasion to whip up some much-needed funds for charity.

Hundreds of pancake parties are taking place nationwide, with proceeds going towards the National Children’s Hospital in Tallaght.

The annual campaign aims to raise vital funds for the facility, supporting more than 60,000 sick children.
