Couple on order breach charges

A husband and wife were both arrested and brought to Cork District Court yesterday charged with breaching each other’s protection order.

Liam Cummins, 52, was charged with breaching the protection order against him by following his wife around the kitchen in an intimidating manner and grinding his teeth at her to put her in fear.

Susan Cummins, 45, was charged with breaching the protection order against her husband by putting him in fear by spitting into his face twice.
