€5m price tag as five parties bid for Cork Capitol cinema site

Up to five parties made bids on Cork city’s Capitol Cinema site with a decision on its disposal now resting with Nama.

Best bid offers came in the past week from local developers, national figures, and a London bidder, but are likely to fall short of the €6m guide sought for Nama by agent Savills.

It’s likely to sell for less than €5m.
