American expats give thanks for chef Michael

An American chef will tonight serve up a sumptuous Thanksgiving feast for US expats living in Cork.
Californian native Michael Lamothe will spend the day slaving in the kitchens of the Cork International Hotel whipping up a buffet feast of roast turkey and ham, and all the trimmings like corn on the cob, peas and carrots, yams, cranberry sauce, pecan pie, and of course, the Thanksgiving staple — pumpkin pie.
