Battle for control of our empire not over, says O’Flynn

The developer Michael O’Flynn has warned that his battle to stay in control of his corporate empire has yet to be resolved.

On Wednesday, he and his brother, John, successfully challenged the appointment of receivers to companies within the O’Flynn Group and took the firms out of examinership.

The High Court said that, although the group may be insolvent, there was no evidence the brothers had been unco-operative or had done anything to thwart their lenders.
