Search on for owners of stolen artwork

Paintings with an overall value of more than €100,000 are being put on display in the hope of tracking down their rightful owners.

Gardaí suspect that most of the paintings were stolen, with the thefts going back as long ago as 30 years in some cases.

The paintings, numbering 49 in total, include works by Robert Ballagh, William Ashford, Brian Ballord and Graham Knuttell.
