Kenny told ‘hang head in shame’ over cuts
Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin said “enormous stress” was being caused to families losing medical cards or who fear they will, and told Enda Kenny the problem was “out of control”.
He said the issue had been raised in the Dáil for the past 18 months: “You have been warned enough now by many, many, people on your own side — backbenchers — and deputies from every other party here. This calls for a genuine intervention.”
