Towers Watson declined to list the firms or what sectors they are in — issues which would explain how the under-pressure charity’s executive salaries were decided — despite claims all relevant information has been made public.

Last week, Rehab provided an eight-page summary of the Towers Watson 2014 report on its management salary and bonus payments to the Dáil public accounts committee, after weeks of delays.
