More women than men feel successful in careers

More Irish women than men feel they are successful in their current careers.

According to global research carried out by Accenture for International Women’s Day, more women than men (72% versus 58%) say they have taken on more responsibility in their role/company in order to further their career and are more satisfied in their current job situation (46% versus 38%).

When it comes to career-related topics discussed with family and friends, workload is the preoccupation of women (60%) while a majority of men (54%) discuss salary.
