Operation Transformation leader Paudie told to pull back on weight loss efforts

Operation Transformation’s oldest leader Kerry GAA legend Paudie O’Mahoney was told to put the brakes on yesterday.

Fitness expert Karl Henry told him he was working too hard at shedding the pounds and to stick to the plan.

Paudie, 61, from Killarney, has reduced his weight from 20st 5.5lb to 19st 3.5lb, since the RTÉ series got under way earlier this month.
