Bankrupt ex-hurler freed after weekend in prison
Codd, a former Wexford captain, was taken to jail last Saturday after he was arrested for failing to co-operate about his affairs with official bankruptcy assignee, Chris Lehane.
After Codd told the High Court he would make a statement to Mr Lehane and made a sworn affidavit in the courtroom, Mr Justice Kevin Cross told him he could go home.
