Rape accused: We had sex before on date

He claimed that on the day of the alleged rape at his apartment, it was actually consensual, that she fixed herself up in the bathroom afterwards, asked him if she looked alright, and that they hugged and kissed before she left to go home.

The complainant said they did have a date two years earlier but they only chatted and had no sexual contact on that occasion. She said she did not have a second date with him because she found out on the first date that he had a girlfriend. She said that two years later, she was raped by the defendant.
