Paramedics have told a Limerick murder trial that the victim was found in a pool of blood with puncture wounds “everywhere”.

They were giving evidence to the Central Criminal Court yesterday in the trial of three men charged in connection with the death of Gerard McMahon, aged 43.

Seán Flanagan, aged 28, and Paul Colbert, 46, of Lenihan Ave, Prospect in Limerick City, are charged with murdering Mr McMahon on Jan 18, 2012.
