Quinn focuses on medal mission
Just ask the Cork players that soldiered under Conor Counihan, some of the players of their generation, if they’re happy with their single All-Ireland. Or chat with Stevie McDonnell and Óisín McConville about their solitary success with Armagh. The list goes on.
On the face of it, Tomás Quinn shouldn’t fit into that category of underachievers. In his cupboard, he has All-Ireland medals tucked away at club and county level. There are seven Leinster senior medals in there too from his time with Dublin, which ended last year.
