Property trust silent on legal test of its theory

The organiser of a property trust which thousands of borrowers believe will save their properties from repossession orders has refused to say when he will put his theory to the test.

The Rodolphus Allen trust has suffered setbacks in two recent attempts to assert its right to claim control of valuable properties signed over to it.

It has written to receivers and auctioneers across the country demanding they vacate properties that have been put into the trust.
