Around 800 people are expected to attend the Irish Cancer Society’s free conference for cancer survivors later this month in Dublin.

The conference, titled Living Well with Cancer, will be held in the Aviva Stadium and aims to address the needs of cancer survivors across the country.

The Irish Cancer Society’s patient support groups manager, Olwyn Ryan, said the transition from cancer patient to cancer survivor could be difficult for some individuals.
