Woman with 326 previous convictions refused bail

A 31-year-old woman, facing a charge of stealing a handbag, has 326 previous convictions and a number of outstanding bench warrants.

Bail was refused at Tralee District Court yesterday for Noreen O’Driscoll from the Model Village, Dripsey, Co. Cork.

She appeared before a sitting of Tralee District Court on a charge of stealing a handbag, containing €500, at Upper Gerald Griffin St, Limerick, on Wednesday of this week.
