Farrell’s brogue a poll favourite

Irish men have been voted among the sexiest nationalities in the world thanks to Hollywood heartthrob Colin Farrell.

Their female counterparts failed to make the cut in the US poll, but Una Healy of girl band The Saturdays was named the most desirable Irishwoman.

The survey of more than 40,000 singletons by travel dating website MissTravel.com, pinpointed men from Ireland as the second most desirable nationality in the world, but Irish women scored a dismal 24th place in the poll of the world’s sexiest women.
