One lucky Dubliner is jetting off to Australia after making the final shortlist for one of the ‘Best Jobs in the World’.

Last month, three Irish people were shortlisted from almost 350,000 entries for the Tourism Australia’s six dream jobs Down Under: Wildlife caretaker in South Australia; chief funster in New South Wales; park ranger in Queensland; taste master in Western Australia; outback adventurer in the Northern Territory; and lifestyle photographer in Melbourne, Victoria.

Allan Dixon is now the sole remaining Irish candidate and will travel to Australia next month.
