An appeal has been made for people with medical training to help expand a life-saving rapid response service in East Cork.

A group of interested individuals in the region has established the East Cork Rapid Response charity.

The activists aim to put a fully equipped medical vehicle on the road and build a team of experts that will be able to deliver pre-hospital emergency care to critically injured people ‘in the field’.
