Chocolate egg hatches a surprise for gardaí

An Easter court sitting yesterday heard of the chocolate egg which hatched a surprise for gardaí.

During a search of a house in Sarsfield Place, Edward St, Limerick, gardaí found 10 bags of cocaine worth €603, Limerick District Court was told.

Seven of the bags were concealed behind a computer — but three more were found inside a Kinder egg.
