Search for train-driving volunteers gathers steam

Would-be train drivers: Roll up, roll up to the Waterford & Suir Valley Railway for a chance to fulfil a childhood ambition.

The award-winning community project at Kilmeaden in Co Waterford is recruiting volunteers to join the train-driving crew. No experience is necessary as full training will be given to successful applicants.

Meanwhile, the Waterford and Suir Valley Railway will be open over the Easter weekend offering families a day out with a difference.
