Raider ‘touched himself inappropriately’ during probation interview

A convicted armed raider “touched himself inappropriately” while being interviewed by a probation officer, it emerged in court yesterday.

The case against Kieran Toussifar was re-entered at Cork Circuit Criminal Court yesterday because of this allegation.

Probation officer John Corcoran said a female colleague was interviewing Toussifar when he touched himself inappropriately.
