Iron Man Martin creases opponents

With so many experts pressing hard to take the honours it was always going to take seamless confidence to win the title “Iron Man 2012”.

But Corkman and retired soldier Martin Dunne ploughed full steam ahead through the rounds of the RTÉ Radio 1 competition to take part in the live ironing finals on the John Murray Show yesterday.

He and seven others took to their boards for a series of challenges designed to whittle the competition down.
