The Fine Gael TD whose views on sex made her an international laughing stock is to share her take on racy S&M novel Fifty Shades of Grey with the nation.

Mayo deputy Michelle Mulherin provoked global guffaws when her contribution to a Dáil debate went viral after she declared: “Fornication, I would say, is probably the single most likely cause of unwanted pregnancies in this country.”
