Robbie’s new threads show quiet integrity
The 38-year old joined forces last year with former Burberry designer director Ben Dickens to create a menswear line that speaks to “every man”. Inspired by his Kilkenny-born grandfather Jack Farrell, a notable dresser, the brand aims to reflect an old-school ethos of authenticity and quiet integrity.
Unlike many celebrity clothing lines that aim to cash in on a name, Farrell reflects a distinctly British nous in choice of quality fabrics and Savile Row-style tailoring. Cavalry twill, heavy melton, and selvedge denim curry favour to the brand’s recession-friendly “wear in and wear it out” motto, with prices starting at just €50.
