Kenny silent on O’Brien’s letter to Creighton

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has refused to comment on his association with Denis O’Brien despite a critical letter sent by the businessman to junior minister Lucinda Creighton.

Mr O’Brien addressed Ms Creighton after she disapproved of his attendance at the global economic forum.

The letter, revealed by the Irish Examiner yesterday, criticised tribunals and warned Ms Creighton and others for using a “sort of summary justice”.
