Boy suffered early neglect

From a young age, this boy had been known to social services.

His mother had a drug problem and at one stage as a toddler, he was found eating frozen fish fingers.

He suffered severe neglect because of her addiction and chaotic life and when she was eventually found dead from an overdose, he was at her side aged four.
