Gunmen sought after shooting
Two men and a woman, ranging in age from late teens to mid-twenties, were injured when shots were fired into a house on Corduff Grove near Blanchardstown in Dublin 15 at around 4.20am.
The three were taken to nearby James Connolly Memorial Hospital where they were treated for their injuries which were said to be not life threatening. They were later discharged.
Gardaí are investigating the attack and any possible motive for the incident. The house was sealed off for technical examination yesterday as gardaí appealed for any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
It is understood a party was taking place in the house at the time of the shooting and gardaí were yesterday interviewing everyone who was present.
It is believed the assailants shattered the front window before then firing at least two shots, thought to be from a double-barreled shotgun, into the front room.
As many as four people may have been hit by pellets, in the back, head and, in one case, in the face.
