Nama blocks 31 developers from giving funds to family

Nama has managed to prevent 31 property developers under its control from putting millions of euro beyond its reach by transferring the money over to family members.

One of those developers had made a transfer worth €30m.

Nama has also identified 17 other cases where money was transferred and is in the process of getting that money back. A further five cases are the subject of legal action.
