Bistro toasts Eric after Godfather of all fry-ups

HE’S beennicknamed “The Don” after polishing off the mother of all fry-ups.

Eric Donovan, 43, from Cork city, took on the “Godfather” challenge at the city’s Tony’s Bistro at the weekend and became the first person to eat every morsel of what’s believed to be the country’s largest breakfast.

“I was quite emotional when I finished and relieved it was over,” Eric said last night.
