Cruise liner couple reunited with family

SEAMUS and Carol Moore were reunited with their family and friends at Dublin Airport yesterday, having once feared they would never see them again.

The discovery of more bodies on the stricken cruise liner, the Costa Concordia, made the Clonmel couple’s escape following Friday’s sinking off the Italian coast all the more remarkable.

First among those to greet them were their three children, whom Seamus and Carol had insisted not be told of the unfolding drama when they rang a friend from the top of the sinking ship on Saturday morning.
